- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Owner is rude and lacks empathy and compassion. Purposely caused animal pain by pressing on damaged ligament while offering up a list of unnecessary services. Associates on staff admitted the owner is greedy and charges clients more than normal. I don't have an issue with spending money and despite the fact that they can probably get the job done, I wouldn't use this facility as a matter of principle. Using the pain and suffering of one's pet to get them to fork over additional funds is a terrible business practice. I'm all about profit margins and running successful businesses, but this isn't the type of business for that. I applaud the staff for their honesty and it's likely that they genuinely care at least.
