  Don't even bother to fill your prescription here if it happens to be a controlled substance. The new pharmacist will more than likely not feel "comfortable" filling it. They profiled then denied me from refilling the SAME prescription I have been getting from cvs for two YEARS now. I haven't switched doctors either. I can't do automatic refills for my adhd medication. I have to bring them a freshly written prescription each month which i don't mind. However, the pharmacy staff always gives me trouble when I go to refill it. Both the techs and the pharmacist constantly bother my doctor for various things. When the answer is always the same! Sometimes to confirm my address or date of birth since my doctor forgets to write that on my scripts and they don't trust asking me. Sometimes to confirm overall legitimacy of my script. Whatever the case, it just doesn't make sense. Just today, the pharmacist straight up said she does not want to refill it because my doctor wouldn't release additional diagnosis information to her when she, yet again, called him to verify... Why my doctor didn't want to? I don't know. I didn't follow up and ask him why. Probably because he's tired of dealing with all of this. Just as I am. That will be my final experience with this particular cvs pharmacy. I don't understand why the pharmacist can't let my doctor do his job and she can do hers.Target should be ashamed of letting this happen right in their own store.
