- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would highly recommend against this doctor's office. About nine months ago I was set to have a surgery and days before I found out that they never sent in my referral. This cause my surgery to be pushed back an entire month do to availability. My wife had the exact same scenario happened and cause a bill to go into collections because they never put the referral in and stated that cannot backdate it. I am set to go in for another surgery and once again the exact same thing happened they gave me the run-around and made me call the insurance company and call the doctor's office that is performing the surgery only to find out it was their mistake and rather than fix it and put the referral in they told me I had to come out of pocket because they could not backdate a referral. after calling my insurance company they said that they can just back date the referral and everything will be fine. I'm trying to fix the issue I got passed around to several different people who all claim they would call me back and never did. I will be switching my primary care physician after thisJuly 17, 2017by Mario Samchez
