- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The first experience with Progressive could not have been better! We have a Sign & Glide feature on our boat policy and recently had an engine breakdown near the Gulf of Mexico in SW Florida. Tracy, with Progressive, was super! She found our policy, called TowBoat USA and said she would call us back in 30 minutes to make sure they had arrived. She did that and then called another 30 minutes later to see if we had made it back to the marina safely. TowBoat USA had me sign the paperwork, did not ask for payment and sent us on our way. For a breakdown, it could have not gone smoother! I would recommend this policy to any boater!June 10, 2017by Debbie Hughes
