  My dental service recently was the best dentist experience I’ve had in my entire life of 53 years! They are very caring & thoughtful here but most importantly they are extremely knowledgeable! I had to get a crown for one of my lower back teeth & I’m so happy to tell you that in no time at all the dental work was completed with no pain & no problems!

  Town care dental is the worse place to go to if you are having an emergency. The doctors are ok however, good luck trying to get in to see one. The reception is also horrible.. always put on hold when calling and they actually think they are the ones with the doctorate degree!! I am 48 years old and have never had such poor service. I have had nice teeth all my life but since becoming a patient here, the health of my teeth have declined miserably. I called this morning to schedule an appointment do you have my teeth cleaned and to have a filling and I was told I need an examination. Well I was in in May and had an examination at that time I have the receipt to show I paid for it. I also signed up for a dent right insurance type program the last time I was in there and I have the receptionist is arguing with me that before I can have my teeth cleaned or my tooth filled that I need to have an examination. Well every time we do that I seem to get the examination but never the result I need as in the tooth being filled or my teeth being cleaned. It's all a viscous circle and no decent care!! My dentist back home in New England would be mortified to know all this. Four months later, my tooth is in pain, needs to be filled and it's been 8 years since I've had a cleaning. My best advice to you is to find a caring dentist.. one that wants to provide the services you need to keep good oral care. This is not the place. They do not care about you here!!! Just calling to get an appointment is a battle!! The worse part is that I use to work in an emergency room and I know for a fact that they do not follow up with you. My dentist would be calling me wondering why I haven't been in to have a cleaning or my teeth filled but not these guys. Look elsewhere or be faced with many headaches!!
