- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unprofessional staff. Had a 3:45 appointment and I'm still waiting at 5:15. The staff does not keep you updated and in fact at 5pm they shut off the tv in the waiting room and closed up the reception office. Left two of us waiting more than patiently. When one of us went up to see what was going on one of the old ladies just yelled at her saying "WE ALREADY TOLD YOU YOU ARE NEXT" extremely rude service! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Laufer is WONDERFUL. However, their staff, the ones responsible for referrals and authorizations for HMO patients, are TERRIBLE. They never send over all the forms required, so appts with specialists cannot be made. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!June 16, 2017by Annie Nicholson
