- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The hygienists are always super nice but the front desk staff is rude and they often get the billing wrong. I have been overcharged numerous times. They do not allow me to schedule all three of my children in the afternoon for their check ups. This is very inconvenient as it means that children will miss more school and parents have to take off more work to take their children to multiple dental check ups. Not to mention all the other appointments that working parents have to take their children to so if you can you try to schedule them all at the same time that's what you do. I never have a problem doing this with my pediatrician of 10 years anyway. When I spoke to the manager she was no help about this. I guess this office does not care about bad reviews and bad word of mouth. After a few years at this office I will now be taking my three children and our good insurance payments elsewhere.November 03, 2017by T W
